    How to Order!

    Shopping on the new Select Jewels site/ app is quick, safe and simple.

    If you need any help, the following step by step instruction will guide you through the process. Once you have decided what you would like to buy, please follow the information given below to place.

    Step 1

    Select the quantity (by default it is "1" one for most items) of items you want to buy. Then click on the ADD TO BAG" button next to the item that you want to buy.

    Step 2

    If you are a first time shopper, you will need to create a login account and register with us. This will enable easier logging in, shopping and check out the next time you shop.

    Step 3

    You can choose to send the order to the address as specified by you at the time of registration or choose to send the product that you have purchased to a different address.

    Step 4

    After submitting your order you will be automatically directed to payment. Choose the payment option and fill in the required fields.

    Step 5

    After submitting your payment you will be redirected to Select Jewels with a confirmation of your completed order. You will receive an Email and SMS with order confirmation number.

    Please remember your order confirmation number, as this will help us easily identify your order if you have any questions in the future.

    Is everything returnable?

    Yes absolutely. Everything is returnable. Except customized or made to order items.

    Are returns free of cost?

    Yes. We will refund complete item cost. Only Return shipping charge will be paid by you.

    Will I get my money back?

    Guaranteed money back. Kindly ensure the returns are made within 3 days of receiving the products.

    How do I return the product(s) back to Select Jewels?

    Email at selectjewelsindia@gmail.com with your order number and item code you wish to return. Kindly keep it packed the way it came. Email us once you have handed the parcel to courier person. We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s). All items will be inspected upon return.

    Can I return just a part of my order?

    Yes, kindly mail us what you would like to return and we will help you with it.

    How long before I receive store credit/Refund for returned items?

    Please allow 8-10 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process the return and give you store credit.
